Mealtimes  (strictly!)

Breakfast  -  9.00am
Dinner      -  6.30pm

Monday  evening

• Sherry Reception  6.00pm
  Please take the opportunity during your Sherry Reception to
  order wine for your table.
• Dinner is served at 6.30pm
  Dinner is announced with a “gong” and, this being a small hotel,
  their management ask that you makeevery effort to be ready
  for dinner in order that they can present the meal at its best.
• Social Dance  8.30pm – 10.30pm
  Dress Code:   Smart Casual

Tuesday evening

• Tuition: 10.00am – Midday
• Dinner 6.30pm.
• Ball  8.30pm – 10.30pm
• Doors 7.45pm  
  Early Bird dancing from 8.00pm
  Dress Code:  DJ/Dark Suit / Evening Gown/Cocktail Dress
  Please do dress for dinner to create the atmosphere for the occasion.

Wednesday & Thursday evening

• Tuition 9.45am – 11.45am
• Social Dance   8.30pm – 10.30pm
• Doors 7.45pm  
  Early bird dancing from 8.00pm.
• Dress Code:  Smart Casual
